Are you someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business?

We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help drive growth for a well-established business specialising in high-end office and residential fit-out and refurbishment.

This is a genuine new business role. You'll be engaging with senior decision-makers responsible for large commercial and residential property portfolios, introducing premium fit-out solutions and creating opportunities for the commercial team.

You'll be given quality data, a well-managed CRM and the tools you need to succeed. Your job is simple: start conversations, build relationships and uncover opportunities.

The Role

Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
Speak with senior decision-makers across the property sector.
Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings.
Work closely with the commercial team to convert opportunities into new business.

About You

Experience as an SDR, Business Development Executive, Lead Generator or in a similar outbound sales role.
Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls.
Confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated and organised, with the discipline to work remotely.
Experience within construction, fit-out, interiors or property would be an advantage, but it's not essential if you've sold into a similar audience.

What's on Offer

£35,000 basic salary.
Exceptional uncapped commission.
A single new client can generate around £15,000 in bonus, with realistic expectations of landing 2-3 major accounts per year.
