Role Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our customer base by generating qualified leads and initiating the sales process. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential prospects, gather contact information, and qualify leads.
Outreach and Engagement:

Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media; schedule meetings and demos.
Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update the CRM with detailed information; track and report on key metrics.
Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts; provide feedback for process improvement.
Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in tech.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation, initiative, and drive.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
Availability to work four times a week from the office in Shoreditch, London
