My client is one of Europe's top joinery manufacturers with a global footprint and a stellar reputation in the luxury hospitality sector. They create bespoke interior solutions and have completed a number of prestigious, high-profile projects. As they continue their ambitious growth plans in the London market, they're looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead the charge.

The Role:

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, building new relationships and expanding existing ones. You'll work closely with project and design teams to deliver high-end interior manufacturing and joinery solutions to luxury hospitality clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role

• Background in luxury interiors or high-end joinery manufacturing

• Strong connections with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors

• Deep understanding of the hospitality and luxury sectors

• A strategic and hands-on approach to growth and client development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activity across London and surrounding markets

• Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors and clients

• Identify and convert new business opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Represent the brand at a senior level within the industry
