Sales Director

We are actively recruiting for an outstanding, hungry, driven Sales Director who is looking for a new opportunity in the Birmingham area who has both telecoms and IT expertise.

This forward thinking organisation who continues to acquire businesses is looking for a new Sales Director who can use their own networking abilities to increase sales, but also support up to 8 sales staff, a combination of field sales, business development and telesales.

This is an office based role apart from when you are managing sales activities.

You will bring your sales leadership experience within the field. A strong track record of driving sales. Be an engaging and inspirational leader. Have a strategic mindset and of course have outstanding communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel as the role demands.

In return the company offer a basic salary of £70000pa -£90000pa OTE £140000 inc car allowance and healthcare
