Reed Sales are looking for a sales-driven leader to take charge of a Financial Services division in Yorkshire.

• £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Uncapped commission – Realistic OTE of £80,000+

• Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and implement improvements
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services
• Must live within the Yorkshire region
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving revenue and growth
