Role Summary

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the corporate events and travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a scalable international sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients for event management and travel logistics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand positioning and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to the executive team.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior sales leadership role within corporate events, travel logistics, or a related B2B service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales operations internationally.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
