Job Description

Job Title – Group Sales Director – M&E, Energy and Building Services
Location – Liverpool

Established in 2018, we offer a comprehensive range of engineering services focused on facilities, energy and construction. Our primary offerings include consultancy services, M&E design, project delivery, facilities management, and energy services. We provide these services with a strong emphasis on sustainability and decarbonisation, to support our clients in transitioning from conventional power and heat generation to low carbon and renewable energy solutions.

As the Group Business Development Director at Avrenim, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth across multiple business units. This senior leadership role is designed for a highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record in business development and sales management. You will create & lead the business development and sales strategy, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and long-term client relationships. This role encompasses both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in sales activities, making you a key player in the expansion and success of Avrenim.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the business development team, create sales strategy and identify new market opportunities
Oversee full company sales pipeline via CRM system
Detailed reports and sales forecasts including individual performance
Drive revenue growth through significant new business and national account development
Develop and maintain a pipeline robust of sales via long term relationship building
Act as the primary point of contact for key strategic clients and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Market research and sales data analysis to predict trends and maximise growth
Support in the creation of marketing material and content
Full responsibility for the business development team in relation to culture, professional development and performance

Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of sales and/or business development with significant achievements in reference to high revenue growth
Complete demonstrable skill set from prospecting right through to closing
High level communication in all forms as well as outstanding relationship building abilities
Digital fluency and ability to adapt to new technology
High level knowledge of managing CRM systems
Analytical and methodological approach to optimise team performance
Leadership skills with potential to progress to board level
