Job Description 1.

Proven ability to introduce and develop strategic solutions in Financial Services companies.

2.

Understand industry challenges, systems landscapes, positioning, use cases, areas of opportunity, and sales tactics.

3.

Drive account planning, which includes formulating a well-defined roadmap or the necessary precursor activities to establish one.

4.

Generate a robust pipeline by leveraging self-originated leads and collaborating with License Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams across Salesforce.

Together, you will develop trusted Professional Services propositions for existing clients and prospects.

5.

Utilise your industry expertise and business acumen to comprehend a customer's motivations, business drivers/challenges, strategic goals, objectives, and desired outcomes.

6.

Engage and present to customers, particularly at the C-Level, employing a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisors.

7.

Create a compelling vision and effectively communicate our groundbreaking solutions, aiming to generate significant success and business value from investments in the Salesforce Platform.

8.

Develop and lead a territory plan and tailored account plans for each customer, aligning them with their business goals, priorities, and timeframes.

9.

Provide accurate and timely forecasts, build a strong pipeline, and progress opportunities to achieve year-on-year revenue growth for OSF Financial Services.

10. Establish mutually agreed and aligned closing plans, and drive the execution of these plans to achieve closed bookings that align with or surpass assigned sales goals and quotas.

11. Be a recognised role model for collaboration, understanding, and delivering exceptional business results.

12. Build a sales organisation recognised for its ability to attract and retain the most talented individuals in our industry.

13. Drive long-term employee success by focusing on coaching, development, and building high-performance teams.

Requirements Competencies Financial Services Sales Background: A strong background in financial services professional sales or a combination of consultative sales and project delivery experience.

· Visioning and Value Assessment: Previous experience collaborating with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and formulating plans to realize that value through a structured program.

· Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Proficient in delivering pitches that emphasize business value and effectively negotiate terms aligning with margin targets.

· Empowered Decision-Making: Capable of exercising empowered judgment when employing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results that align with the company's goals and guidelines.

· Deal Closure and Relationship Building: Recognize the significance of timing in closing deals and can strike a balance between driving the closing cycle and being responsive to the customer's needs.

Building trust in the customer relationship is a fundamental as Skill Set To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria: · Financial Services Sales Background: Possess a professional sales background in financial services or a blended experience combining consultative sales and project delivery.

· Visioning and Value Assessment: I have previous experience working with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and devising plans to support realizing that value through a structured program.

· Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Demonstrate the ability to deliver business value-driven pitches and effectively negotiate terms in alignment with margin targets.

· Empowered Decision-making: Exhibit the capacity to exercise judgment, utilizing appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results that align with the company's goals and guidelines.

Result-oriented and a self-starter · Deal Closing Skills: Understand the significance of timing in closing deals and can strike a balance between driving the closing cycle and being responsive to the customer's needs.

Building trust in the customer relationship is a fundamental aspect of your approach.
