Our client are a successful non-food FMCG business with a turnover exceeding £83M, due to retirement they are currently looking for a Sales Director to join their team.

Fully Remote - Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK

The Role

• Reporting into the Managing Director
• Manage a team consisting of internal sales staff, field sales staff and national account managers
• Control grocery accounts such as Asda, Tesco & Morrisons
• Departmental budget
• Profit & loss responsibility
• Formulate joint business plans
• Arrange and attend various trade shows
• Increase profitability across entire portfolio

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a Head of Sales/Sales Director capacity
• Experience controlling grocery or specialist retail accounts
• Strong man management
• Degree or equivalent
• Full UK driving license
• Experience within non-food FMCG is essential.
