Job Description - Sales Director, Retail Planning

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our fast growing group of property service businesses, which include a membership club for property developers and a property focused media agency. You will be responsible for generating and closing leads against quarterly targets and the right candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, ideally with some experience in the property industry.
Responsibilities:
Research and Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within the target market. Utilise various online and offline resources to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Pitch Calls and Presentations: Arrange and conduct effective pitch calls and presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of the business. Clearly communicate service benefits and address any concerns or questions potential clients may have.
Client Acquisition: Drive the process of acquiring new clients by guiding them through the sign-up process. Maintain a deep understanding of service packages and benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the stage one on boarding process i.e. complete onboarding forms, submit relevant documents and sign contract.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries promptly, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding set sales targets and goals. Monitor progress regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the respective markets. Utilise this knowledge to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
· Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve set targets.
· Ideally, some experience or knowledge of the property industry or real estate market.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
· Proven track record of successful sales, including prospecting and closing deals.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Exceptional note taking, organisation and time keeping.
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships with high-profile clients.
· Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Role Specifics:
· Base Pay: £40,000
· OTE: £100,000+
· Days: Monday - Friday
· Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday (aside from event days)
· Location: Mayfair
