Sales Engineer

We are working with a leading global supplier of innovative structural solutions, specialising in slim floor structures and connection technology for both precast and cast-in-situ construction.

As the business continues to grow its presence across the UK, we are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to develop relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders across London and the surrounding Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in concrete, structural engineering, precast construction or related building systems who wants to combine their technical knowledge with commercial and customer-facing responsibilities.

The Role

As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while supporting and growing relationships with existing customers.

You will work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, precast manufacturers and other construction professionals to understand project requirements and demonstrate how the company's products and systems can provide effective structural solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and construction professionals.

Identifying and developing new sales opportunities across London and the surrounding regions.

*

Providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.

*

Understanding project requirements and recommending appropriate structural solutions.

*

Working with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions for specific projects.

*

Presenting products and technical solutions to customers, consultants and project teams.

*

Monitoring projects from initial specification through to delivery.

*

Building relationships with structural engineers, architects, contractors and precast manufacturers.

*

Keeping up to date with developments in construction methods, structural design and industry standards.

*

Attending site visits, meetings, industry events and customer presentations as required.

About You

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within the concrete, structural, precast or construction sectors.
