Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Fire & Security Sales Engineers based across Wales, the Midlands, the South West or the South East who are looking to join a growing business with excellent earning potential and the freedom to develop new and existing customer relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry who enjoys building long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

What You Get

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
2% Commission on Sales
£400 per month Car Allowance

What You'll Be Doing

Developing new business opportunities across your region
Managing and growing existing customer accounts
Conducting site surveys and identifying customer requirements
Preparing quotations and proposals
Promoting Fire & Security solutions across commercial customers
Building strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
Working closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
Representing the business in a professional manner at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within Fire & Security sales or technical sales
Good understanding of Fire Alarm and/or Electronic Security systems
Strong customer relationship and account management skills
A proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
