As a trusted advisor to your customers, you'll play a key role in developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within your region.

What You'll Be Doing

* Developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts.

* Promoting Andrews Sykes' industry-leading HVAC and climate control solutions.

* Conducting site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

* Building strong relationships with contractors, facilities managers, consultants, and end users.

* Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales opportunities.

* Working closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer delivery.

* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

✅ What We're Looking For

* Experience in HVAC, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, building services, or technical sales.

* A proven track record in business development, account management, or solution selling.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Commercial awareness with a passion for delivering results.

* Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.

* Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
