Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client, a leading manufacturing company. Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Estimator to join their internal sales team based in Ashford.

You will be instrumental in preparing accurate technical quotations and project solutions, working alongside a highly experienced technical team and supporting clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate incoming customer enquiries and determine accurate product and solution requirements
• Prepare detailed and competitive quotes within set timeframes
• Revise quotations as project requirements evolve and ensure all updates are properly recorded
• Log all relevant quote activity into the Internal Management System (IMS)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support accurate forecasting and repeat business
• Collaborate with the technical department to ensure correct specification and solutions
• Undertake full product training to gain understanding of product range and USP’s
• Support the achievement of sales KPIs and sector revenue targets
• Escalate customer complaints appropriately and maintain professional communication at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in a technical sales, estimating, or quotation-based role
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems or internal sales platforms
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and progress
