Job Description - Sales Estimator

Sales Estimator | Nottinghamshire | Permanent | £32000 per annum | Annual bonus
Cherry Professional are looking for a Sales Estimator. You will be responsible for building costing estimations and quotations, after analysing project requirements. These estimations and proposals are expected to be acceptable at a technical level, meet the customer requirements as well as costed in accordance with the relevant procedures.

Responsibilities:

Processing orders and ensuring all project paperwork is perfectly prepared
Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment.
Establishing and managing relationships with contractors, vendors and customers.
Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done.
Assist with product specifications, designs, and liaise with internal stakeholders for delivery schedules.

Ideal Candidate:

Competence in MS Office, CAD drawing interpretation, and IT tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative and a willingness to take responsibility and resolve issues.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work to deadlines
