Sales Executive

Our client, a buzzing and premium business in the education industry based in Cowley, Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Sales Executive.

The business has been highly successful, having doubled in size last year and the year before. They are seeking a motivated and consultative individual to join at this exciting time in the business. Your primary focus will be driving student enrolments across the university landscape and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have demonstrative sales or recruitment consultant background (min 1 year) and will be entitled to a base salary of £25-30k dependent on experience, with a 1st year OTE of £40-45k (uncapped), after your first year there is continued earning potential and there have been successful Sales Executives who have achieved £95k!

The Role

• Consult and advise potential students related to their academic programmes, offering guidance on the university system, resources and policies
• Consistently achieve and exceed targets while enhancing your professional reputation
• Proactively engage with students to enrol in courses
• Maintain records on the CRM
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

The Successful Candidate

• Previous sales or recruitment consultant experience (minimum 1 year)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Target driven and happy to work with KPI’s
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Benefits

The successful candidate will be entitled to a basic salary of £25-30k dependent on experience with a 1st year OTE £40-45k, after your 1st year, the highest achieving sales executives have achieved £95k.
