Sales Executive – Permanent

Location: Larkfield, Kent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you a motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for sales and building client relationships?

Reed Business Support are working in partnership with a fantastic client based in Larkfield who are looking to expand their team with a confident and ambitious Sales Executive. This is a permanent, full-time role with great earning potential and long-term progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively generating new business and nurturing existing accounts
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients across various sectors
• Preparing and delivering tailored quotes and proposals
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing the deal
• Keeping the CRM system updated and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience – B2B experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Driven, confident, and results-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
