Inbound Sales Consultant | Southend

You’re sharp. You’re hungry. You’re tired of working hard for bonuses that barely register.

We’re hiring Inbound Sales Consultants for our client, a specialist insurance company with a strong brand, a high-converting product, and a commission structure that actually delivers. No cold calls. No robotic scripts. Just real conversations and serious earning potential.

What’s in it for you

£24,525 base salary

£210 monthly training bonus (first 6 months)

Uncapped commission — average extra earnings of £6,000 to £15,000 a year

Elite Quarterly Bonus — up to an additional £5,000 a year

Realistic OTE: £30,000 to £35,000

Hybrid working option after 6 months

Local to 2 train stations

The role

You’ll be handling inbound calls only — people who are already interested, already engaged. Your job is to guide, advise, close the deal, and maximise the value of each sale. You’ll be selling travel insurance policies that are genuinely helpful, often for customers with pre-existing medical conditions. You’re not just selling — you’re solving problems and adding value.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month and one Sunday per month on a rota (fully scheduled 6 weeks in advance).

What we’re looking for

You’re driven, competitive, and target-focused

You know how to build rapport quickly and handle objections like a pro

Previous sales or call centre experience is great, but not essential — if you’ve got the attitude, we’ll train you
