Job Description - Sales Executive

Sales Executive

Rochford- Essex - walking distance to train station

Basic salary plus uncapped commission- OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00pm

Fully paid training provided

Book a Builder UK are recruiting for Sales Executive's team in their new offices in Rochford.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full time Sales Executive's to join our dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for sales and customer service, and who are looking for a rewarding sales position with excellent commission structure.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. All warm leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls- all warm leads.

Engage with prospective clients to promote products and services.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide timely and relevant information to customers about product offerings, promotions, and updates.

3. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Track and document sales activities using our in house CRM system

Achieving set sales targets

4. Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance goals.

Focus on closing deals

Collaborate with the team to drive overall sales growth.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours:

Flexible part-time hours

Full time hours

Compensation:

Competitive hourly/ annual wage plus commission-based structure
