Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate leads and follow up on opportunities to grow the client base
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored product and service solutions
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and customer satisfaction

About You:

• Proven experience in sales – B2B or construction industry background preferred
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills
