Sales Executive

Reed Business Support is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our Ashford-based client for an experienced Sales Executive with a background in the construction industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to ongoing success.

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle

• Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Sales Executive Person Specification:

• Proven B2B sales experience within the construction or building materials sector

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded

• Full UK driving licence

• Based within a commutable distance to Ashford

Sales Executive What’s on Offer:

• Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
