Sales Executive

A leading UK Digital Construction consultancy seeks a passionate and driven Inside Sales Executive to join its expanding team. This is a pivotal role offering a clear path for career progression within a dynamic and growing industry.

We offer:

• £28,000 basic salary, £28,000 OTE.

Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:

• Driving lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the sales team. You'll build strong client relationships, identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities, and utilize social media for business development.

Specifically the activities will be:

• Client prospecting and new customer acquisition
• Identifying new sales prospects from existing clients
• Lead nurturing and collaboration with the field sales team
• Utilizing social media for social selling
• Distributing customer communications
• Supporting account-based marketing
• Collecting customer feedback

Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is essential. Proven ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships is highly valued.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (desirable)
