• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic, depending on experience, with OTE of £50,000+

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Process sales efficiently and take payments as required.
• Generate and set appointments to drive sales opportunities.
• Provide technical support over the phone to assist customers with their needs.
• Achieve company KPIs and sales targets through effective strategies and teamwork.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive and motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Proven ability to meet and deliver sales targets.
• Experience in generating sales leads and setting appointments.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in the B2B sector is highly advantageous.
• Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales processes.
