£25,000 basic salary + uncapped high commission
Location: Chorley (office-based with potential for hybrid flexibility)

Axon Moore is partnering exclusively with a highly successful and growing business in the electronics industry to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive.

The role:
As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and closing sales of electronic components and solutions.
You will be joining a supportive and high-performing team, with excellent training provided to help you develop your career and earnings quickly.
Key responsibilities:

• Proactively develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones
• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve/exceed sales targets
• Build strong long-term relationships to drive repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends (training provided)
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities
• Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

The ideal candidate:

• Some previous experience in sales, telesales, account management, or another target-driven environment
• Alternatively, open to junior / entry-level candidates with strong motivation and the right attitude (full training provided)
• Confident communicator — strong phone and email communication skills
• Target-driven and motivated by uncapped commission potential
• Full UK driving licence required (occasional client visits, training, events)
• Interest in technology / electronics is helpful but not essential
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Strong organisational skills and a team player

Salary & benefits:

• £25,000 basic salary
