Sales Executive

An opportunity has arisen for a Car Sales Representative to join a dynamic business in the retail automotive sector known for their ambitious growth plans and strong operational focus. This role offers OTE salary of £70,000 & 1,00,000 and benefits.

As a Car Sales Representative, you will be selling a wide range of vehicles and add-on products, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising your earnings.

You will be responsible for:

• Matching customers with suitable cars and finance/protection packages.

• Maximising earnings through upselling warranties, add-ons, and cover.

• Handling objections with confidence and closing deals efficiently.

• Delivering a customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Sales Adviser or in a similar role.

• Ideally have experience in sales (cars or otherwise)

• High-energy, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure.

• Full UK driving licence.
