CCP is proud to partner once again with a forward-thinking financial services provider in central Manchester. Due to internal promotions and continued sales growth, we’re now recruiting three experienced Sales Executives to join their expanding sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led sales organisation that puts customer wellbeing first, backed by a consistent stream of high-quality inbound sales leads and a positive team sales culture.

We’re looking for strong advised sales professionals with proven sales success, who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about delivering expert mortgage sales advice.

Mortgage background is not essential, but you must have a very strong background in an advised sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling warm, pre-qualified sales leads across multiple sales channels
• Providing tailored mortgage sales advice to suit each customer’s needs
• Working compliantly within SMCR and internal lending sales policies
• Meeting and exceeding sales performance targets while delivering exceptional sales service
• Delivering mortgage sales advice with integrity, transparency, and a customer-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an advised sales role – ideally within IVA, debt management, life insurance, or related financial services sales
• Proven sales track record of hitting or exceeding sales KPIs in a regulated sales environment
• Confident sales communicator with strong sales problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Motivated, team-oriented sales professional driven by customer outcomes

Desirable (but not essential)

• Full or part CeMAP qualification (or willingness to complete – fully funded by the company)
• Once CeMAP is completed, your basic sales salary increases to reflect qualified sales advisor status
