An exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a growing and well-established subcontractor and distributor specialising in the supply and installation of steel, glass, and balustrade products across commercial and domestic sectors.

Do you have proven experience in sales, ideally within construction or product-based environments? Are you personable, driven, and keen to take ownership of your role in a collaborative and growing business?

With over 20 years of industry experience, this business supplies and installs high-quality materials for projects ranging from £1.5K to £350K. Their varied client base includes both domestic customers and Tier 1 construction firms such as Morgan Sindall, Kier and Galliford Try. As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their commercial team with a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive.

The role

• Handle enquiries, generate leads, and follow up on quotes.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and attend site visits.
• Work with estimating and project teams; chase tenders and assist with PQQs.
• Build client relationships and support marketing to win projects.

The person

• Proven sales experience, ideally B2B or construction products.
• Personable, motivated, proactive, with a can-do attitude.
• Some construction knowledge preferred but not essential.
• Based near Newport with a full UK driving licence, eager to grow.
