I am recruiting for Sales Executives to join a thriving financial services company based in Motherwell. A leading household name, you will be calling warm leads and converting them to customers. Full training will be provided in order to help you excel in this role!

What will you be doing?
* Making outbound calls to warm leads from people who have shown interest
* Building rapport and understanding the customers wants and needs
* Giving advise to customers to give them the best service
* Update customers throughout their journey
* Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure the sale is completed
* Ensure the system is updated accurately
* Provide the best possible customer service throughout their journey

What do you need?
* Previous sales experience, telephone based is desirable
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely
* Confident at discussing various products in depth
* Able to work towards targets and KPI's
* Can easily build rapport with customers
* Self motivated and eager to succeed
* Excellent communication skills
