Location: Cheadle, Greater Manchester
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic + monthly commission (realistic OTE of £40k+ to start)
Full-Time - Office-Based - Immediate Start Available

CCP is proud to once again partner with a longstanding client in the financial services sector. Due to continued business growth and strong performance, we are supporting them in hiring five ambitious and driven Sales Executives to join their successful team based in Cheadle, just outside of Stockport.

About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for warm inbound and outbound leads, engaging with all customers via telephone communication. You'll speak with potential customers to understand their financial situation, including debt levels, and provide an initial screening. Full training is provided, leading to a progression path as a qualified IVA Advisor - a highly rewarding role where you help people regain control of their finances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound customer communication via telephone with empathy and professionalism
• Conduct fact-finding calls to assess customers’ financial positions
• Deliver excellent objection handling and maintain a high level of customer care
• Consistently meet personal and team sales performance targets
• Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and represent the business with integrity

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: Rotating shifts – 8:00am–4:30pm, 10:00am–6:30pm, and 11:30am–8:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am–4:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–4:00pm (1 in every 3 Saturdays, with the following Friday off in lieu)

Experience Required
Previous experience in IVA or financial services is a bonus but not essential. We’re looking for individuals with experience in: Lead Generation, Sales advisory roles or Target-driven environments.
