Job Description - Sales Executive

Sales Executive:

Salary: £25,500 + Commission

Location: Wrotham

Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm

Start Date: 1st October 2025

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a thriving organisation as part of a new team. The business has designed a long-term career plan for this new team of ambitious and outgoing Sales Executives; it includes a full training/induction programme, first-hand mentorship from a successful manager, and the latest market intelligence for the industry. All four successful candidates will start on the same day to share this thorough onboarding experience and learn skills and techniques from each other as well as the training content provided.

As our Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, connecting with clients and promoting our exceptional products/services. Your role will be pivotal in driving our success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to engage potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations that showcase products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offerings in the best light.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and client interactions on a CRM system.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Enthusiastic, willingness and motivated to prospect new business.
  • Experience working B2B would be great.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
