Job Opportunity: Automotive Sales Executive

Location: Stanwell – TW19

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-6, Every Saturday 9:30-5 (Half day given in lieu every week for working a Saturday)

Package: OTE £50,000

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience, guiding clients through the sales process, and helping them find the right commercial vehicle for their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone, providing expert advice and support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicles.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Ensure the showroom and forecourt are well-presented at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within the automotive industry
• Confident, friendly, and able to use initiative.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
