Starting Salary: £25,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Commission, plus 25 days annual leave, pension, progression, training, Birthday off
OTE: £35,000–£45,000 Year 1 | £60k+ Year 2

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learning the full 360 recruitment cycle (sales, sourcing, client management)
• Speaking with decision-makers and pitching your services
• Sourcing, qualifying and presenting candidates for technical and commercial roles
• Managing relationships with both clients and candidates
• Working to KPIs, hitting targets, and making placements!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2B, or field sales with targets
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Resilience — recruitment is rewarding, but it’s not always easy
• Ambition to develop a long-term career (not just a job)
• Someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment
