• Annual Salary: £16,000 basic plus commission

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Executive, where you will have the opportunity to engage with customers and sell a wide selection of new and used commercial vehicles. This role offers an uncapped bonus, allowing for excellent earning potential while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their commercial vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Showcase and effectively sell our diverse range of new and used vans from various makes and models.
• Advise customers on van finance solutions, ensuring compliance with training and regulatory standards.
• Promote and sell aftercare services, including RAC Warranty and a range of vehicle accessories.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, including facilitating nationwide deliveries through our Click & Deliver service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with high professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Knowledge of vehicle finance and the ability to advise customers on suitable options.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to achieving sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Must be proactive, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
