Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from enquiry to handover
* Build long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals
* Maintain accurate records of all customer contact and activity
* Handle all queries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Keep up to date with manufacturer product knowledge, finance, and offers
Your Background & Skills
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
* Confident following an established sales process and working to KPIs
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Driven, professional, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
