About the Role:
 Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, whether via telephone, email, web chat, online enquiries, or in-person at the Burford Display Centre.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales and consistently exceed individual and team targets.
• Deliver world-class customer service, turning every interaction into a positive, memorable experience.
• Become a product expert, confidently advising customers and maximising value.
• Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and grow revenue while building lasting relationships.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitors to ensure our customers always get the best advice.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to push boundaries and share winning strategies.

Salary:

£31000-£33000 Pending Experience per annum + Bonus & Commission
