Sales Executive

£23,000 Basic Plus Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE of £40,000)

A fantastic opportunity to work in a sales role for a fast growing, friendly IT Recycling/Asset Disposal (ITAD) organisation. This is an internal sales role with no evenings or shifts. You will be selling a services within the IT Recycling/Asset Disposal (ITAD) market, that is in high demand and in a high growth sector. The next 1 -3 years present a real opportunity for the both the company, IT Recycling/Asset Disposal (ITAD),  and its people to grow and develop quickly. Training can be provided.

For this role attitude, behaviours and motivation are more important than track record in the IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) market. If you are a great communicator, with a strong work ethic and want to be rewarded for the work you do, this is the role for you. Full training will be provided, we just ask for honesty, commitment and 100%.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing new business through telephone, email, and LinkedIn
  
• Managing existing accounts to maximise the sales opportunity
  
• Offering additional chargeable services, for our valued add proposition
  
• Achieving monthly, and weekly KPIs and targets
  
• Build rapport with the customer to understand exactly what they need and present the appropriate solution
  
• Utilise and update our CRM system to enable you to manage the customer journey pro -actively
  
• Achieve all KPI’s around activity and quality
  
• Achieve sales and performance targets set by the business
  
• Thrive in working in a fast paced, target focussed environment high energy and high reward culture
  
• Provide an excellent customer experience
  
• Achieve individual and team targets and KPI’s and positively contribute to the team         
  

About You

• Ideally you will have worked in a phone -based role and be comfortable working to targets
  
• Experience of working in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Hard working determined and resilient.
  
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  
• Extremely self -motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by targets and KPI’s
  
• Experience of handling objections, ability to understand and promptly respond to customer needs.
  
• Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative.
