Salary: £23,250 per annum + 2.5% commission on gross sales
We are currently working in partnership with a technology company who are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an entry-level sales role with full training and support provided. It is well suited to someone looking to build a career in sales, with strong prospects for progression and salary advancement.
The role is based on a 35-hour week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Researching target prospects to understand their business requirements and needs Identifying the most appropriate sales approach for each prospect Locating the key decision maker within target organisations Contacting decision makers, presenting the client’s product offering and securing a positive next action Adding contact organisations to the CRM system with all relevant information Scheduling follow-up contacts and actions Preparing progress reports for the Sales Management team on contacts made Experience required:
No prior sales experience required — full training will be provided Any background in a customer-facing or communication-focused role would be advantageous Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Excellent written and spoken English Numerate with strong attention to detail Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn Competitive drive and determination to succeed Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team Rewards and benefits:
