Sales Executive

LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership group. We support customers across the full vehicle ownership journey, from new and used vehicle sales through to aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs, tyres, and parts. As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in creating a strong customer experience and supporting vehicle sales performance. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through purchasing decisions, and contributing to a high-quality retail environment where service and commercial results go hand in hand.

Hours 40

Salary - £27,010 plus OTE bonus plus company car

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in showroom buyers and guide them through the sales journey.
• Manage relationships with repeat customers to encourage long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Present finance options as part of the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to upsell within customer sales conversations.

• Experience in automotive retail sales.
• Experience presenting finance options within a sales role and upselling as part of the sales process.
• Confident handling walk-in showroom buyers and managing repeat customers.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience selling premium or luxury products would be an advantage.
• Experience in showroom-based sales is a plus.
