Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity?

We're looking for experienced Sales Desk Executives to join a growing sales team in Northampton. You'll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping with the day-to-day operation of the Sales Desk.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving results.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating new business through outbound sales activity

Managing inbound enquiries and following up quotations

*

Building long-term relationships with customers

*

Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM

*

Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities

*

Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous sales experience

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce advantageous

*

Excellent customer service skills

*

Leadership or mentoring experience

*

A proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude
