Aqumen Recruitment is looking for a driven Sales Executive to win new business and introduce our temporary and permanent recruitment services to employers.

We build lasting partnerships with clients, helping them find quality people and keeping their businesses moving. Your job? Start those conversations and show prospective clients what Aqumen can deliver.

What you’ll be doing

Making outbound cold calls to introduce Aqumen’s recruitment services.
Identifying prospective clients and reaching key decision-makers.
Understanding hiring needs and presenting relevant recruitment solutions.
Booking meetings, following up leads and converting opportunities into new business.
Building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Working with our recruitment team to turn client requirements into successful partnerships.
What we’re looking for

A confident communicator who enjoys picking up the phone.
Experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development.
The resilience to handle objections and keep conversations moving.
A motivated, organised approach to targets and follow-ups.
Someone who listens, asks good questions and builds trust.
You MUST hold a valid driving licence as you will be expected to attend meetings
Recruitment industry experience would be an advantage, but we’re also keen to hear from strong salespeople with transferable skills.
