SaaS New Business Executive – Glasgow
£40,000 / £50,000 base | £80,000 OTE (uncapped) | 5 days in the office.

Psixty UK is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to find a driven New Business Executive for their Glasgow team. This is a 100% new business role. You’ll find the opportunities, run the demos and close the deals yourself, and you’ll be paid well for doing it.

The role

* Build your own pipeline through self-sourced prospecting: cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social selling

* Qualify opportunities and run engaging web demos to key decision makers

* Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract

* Manage your activity and pipeline in the CRM with discipline and accuracy

* Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets

What you’ll bring

* A proven track record in a new business sales role, ideally selling SaaS or tech

* Confidence on the phone and the resilience to generate your own leads

* Experience running online demos and closing deals without hand-holding

* Strong commercial instinct and the ability to understand a customer’s problem before pitching a solution

* Self-motivation, competitiveness and a genuine appetite to earn

What’s on offer

* £40,000 / £40,000 base salary

* £80,000 OTE: double your base, uncapped
