Job Description - Sales Executive - 2248912

Sales and Client Relationship Executive

Belfast City Centre HQ

£22,000-£25,000, plus 2% commission on all sales closed

The Sales and Client Relationship Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury sales, a passion for high-end timepieces, and the ability to provide personalised service that exceeds expectations.

What you’ll do:

You’ll drive sales through proactive client outreach, by researching, prospecting and generating leads online and in-store engagement through personalised consultations.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You’ll develop and execute strategies to expand your customer base and enhance brand awareness.

You’ll provide expert knowledge on your product range, including the history, craftsmanship, and unique features of each timepiece.

You will organise and participate in exclusive events and promotions to attract and engage clients.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.

You will maintain an up-to-date client database and track interactions, preferences, and sales to tailor future engagements.

What you’ll have:

Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch or jewellery industry.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with customers in person and online.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for luxury watches and a deep understanding of the market.

Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a weekday off, to accommodate client needs and events.
