Job Description - Sales Executive

About the company:

Podcastle empowers individual creators and teams by simplifying the end-to-end content creation process. Our streamlined suite of AI-powered tools enables podcasters, bloggers, journalists, marketers, educators and other creatives to record, edit, transcribe, and publish their audio & video content with unmatched simplicity.

About the role:

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be part of the commercial team. You will identify and target sales opportunities in our exciting B2B verticals. You will run the full sales process from identifying prospects, setting up the initial meetings and working with the team to help to closing the deals.
Among your many attributes, you are full of energy, eager to sell, persuasive, gregarious, great communication skills, persistent and most importantly eagerness to always break your quota.

Typical responsibilities include:

Proactive outreach and sales to big global brands
Prepare and conduct pitches and presentations
Conducting and organizing sales process
Systematically tracking every sales stage in our CRM system

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

1-3 years of digital sales experience
Passion for video content creation and podcasting
Proficient in prospecting and email outreach
Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital content trends
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to promote and sell to blue-chip brands
The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess a persistent mindset and prove exceptional sales skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
BA/BS degree
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically. Another European language is a plus.
