Job Description

Position: FMCG Sales Executive ( Pasta Retail Products)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 PA (+ travel expenses)
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days in our Central London office, 3-4 days working from home AND on the move visiting

customers/retailers)
Hours: 45 hours per week (full time)

It’s an exciting time at Emilia’s Crafted Pasta! You may have heard of our growing group of our award-winning fresh pasta restaurants, but we’re also about to launch a new business within Emilia’s – our very own

Pasta Retail Products.

I am looking for a

Sales Executive

(for our pasta retail products) to join me on a new adventure to help launch and build this new business within Emilia’s. You will be employee number 1 in our pasta retail products division and join our team of around 100 people across our restaurants and central office at Emilia’s.

I need someone who:
·

Has a big passion for Italian pasta & culture
·

Has 1-3 years’ experience in FMCG product sales through retailers (large and small) & e-commerce website sales
·

Is ambitious and wants to grow & develop into a National Account Manager
·

Has strong planning & organisational skills
·

Is very independent, self-motivated & driven to achieve results
·

Is energetic, charismatic & has great communication skills
·

Is commercially savvy & business smart
·

Wants to be hands-on working in a small team in a small business
·

Wakes up happy every morning looking for their next challenge!

You will work closely with me to develop Emilia’s new Pasta Retail Products business & you will be focused on:
1)

Launching our pasta retail products range & growing our sales (to retailers big and small)
2)

Looking after everything relating to sales process, business development & marketing initiatives
3)

Being the primary point of contact for retailers & customers, dealing promptly with any issues, analysing customer feedback and working proactively to ensure all our customers are happy
4)

Be the first point of contact in the fulfilment, logistics, shipping, warehousing and transportation side of things
You’ll be working ‘hybrid’ & have flexibility and freedom with your schedule, but I need someone who will be dedicated & obsessed with our new Pasta Retail Products. We will need you to commute to our office in Central London 1-2 days per week, but apart from that you’ll be able to work from home and on the move pitching & meeting new customers.

I believe in our teams having a

good work/life balance

with a happy life inside and outside of work, but there will be times when work is required on weekends and other weird and wonderful times. After all retail & hospitality is 7 days a week business & it's important that our customers feel us supporting them.

You will be compensated fairly and should the company (and your division) perform above expectations, you will be additionally compensated with an annual bonus.

I am very busy managing all areas of the business, which means I won’t be able to hold your hand constantly throughout the day. I will need you to work independently (and with our management team) most of the time and I will commit to being there to support, guide and mentor you through whatever obstacles we may encounter, so that you can become the best version of yourself.

You will need to have some experience & contacts in FMCG retail products sales & e-commerce.

In a nutshell – I need a right-hand man or woman to

work on the sales & development our new Pasta Retail Products … I need someone who wants to come on this incredible journey with me :)
