Due to our continued success, we are looking to double our headcount over the next 12 months…and that’s where YOU come in.As a Sales Executive, you’ll be working with business owner-based prospect clients that have been referred to us by trusted referral partners, who are looking for advice and support on how they might qualify for Research & Development tax relief. You will:Perform fact-finds with your prospects to understand their business and scalabilityDemonstrate to them the value-add of our service and how we can truly support themBe able to close the deal and sign the prospect as a new clientAbility to build long-lasting, highly credible relationships with all clients you sign, as you will continue to be their POC moving forwardsBe highly motivated to develop new business opportunities by networking and growing your portfolio, whilst still maintaining exceptional standards of relationship management with your existing clientsUnlike a lot of other sales opportunities, the opportunity we offer is extremely lucrative. We offer the following:Starting base of £35k, to increase to £70k+ in line with performanceUncapped annual bonus5% commission of contract based revenue every year for the life of each client contractWhat Are We Looking For?To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have current experience as a consistent top-performer in a fast paced 360 sales environment, such as recruitment/IT sales/estate agency/telesales.You will have a proven sales track record, and be someone who is a high-achieving go-getter, highly driven, ambitious and money-motivatedThis really is a genuinely life-changing opportunity for someone who is serious about their career in R&D sales, and is truly motivated to be the best at what they do.
