Contract Fulfillment Associate
We're seeking a motivated and community-minded individual to join our Contracts & Partnerships team as a Contract Fulfilment Associate. This role is essential in delivering our government-funded skills development programs to local communities. You'll work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the successful execution of our contracts, focusing on learner recruitment, engagement, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Learner Recruitment & Engagement:
Actively recruit suitable candidates from the local community to participate in our skills development programs.
Utilise various channels for outreach, social media, community events, and partnerships with local organisations.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential learners to assess their eligibility and suitability for the programs.
Build relationships with local stakeholders, employment agencies, and community organisations to expand our network and access potential learners.
Contract Fulfillment Support:
Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to understand the specific requirements of each contract.
Assist in tracking learner progress and programme outcomes to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Maintain accurate records of learner data and program activities.
Prepare reports and presentations on contract fulfillment progress for internal and external stakeholders.
Community Outreach & Engagement:
Represent the company at community events, job fairs, and other relevant gatherings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Develop promotional materials and presentations to raise awareness of our programs in the local community.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in community outreach, engagement, or recruitment, ideally within the education, skills training, or social care sectors.
Strong understanding of the local community in Stoke-on-Trent and its needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with government-funded programs is a plus.
Benefits
£26,000 annual salary plus £4,000 Car Allowance per annum
39 days annual leave
Friday 1pm Finish- MyWAY FriDAY
