My client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their new Portsmouth office on a full-time onsite basis, with a planned relocation to Dubai within 6-9 months following comprehensive official training. They are a dynamic, fixed-fee family law firm specialising in divorce, child care, domestic violence, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and cohabiting couple legal services. Their transparent pricing model removes the stress of legal fees, making them a leading one-stop solution for family law matters.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive:

• Handle an average of 30 inbound calls per day, engaging prospective clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Convert at least 10% of inbound leads into paying clients, demonstrating excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Manage mini legal cases and client reviews to support the firm's fixed-fee model.
• Provide clear, accurate information about our fixed-price family law services including divorce, child care, domestic violence, prenups, postnups, and cohabitation agreements.
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Prepare for relocation to Dubai, committing to transition within 6-9 months post-training.

Requirements as a Sales Executive:

• Must hold a valid British passport (essential for Dubai relocation).
• No previous legal or sales experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call-driven environment with targets.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and open to relocation abroad.
• Ability to manage sensitive family law matters with discretion and professionalism.
