£30k Basic - OTE £60k + Uncapped Commission

Your New Employer

You will be working for an up-and-coming electric vehicle charge point manufacturer. You will be working alongside with their main team at the Oxfordshire headquarters where you will be required to visit on a weekly basis. The company fosters a dynamic and fast paced environment and are looking for two individuals to join and take their business to the next level through direct and partnership sales. They are a very dynamic, close-knit team offering a completely unique opportunity to step into the world of EV charging.

Your New Role

You will be tasked with growing the business through the sale of electric vehicle charge points over the phone and on the road, travelling out to customers with the use of your brand new company EV (electric vehicle). This would be for 3-4 days a week and the rest would be spent in the office or working remotely. You will be able to sustain long working days and have a desire to succeed. Target customers include wholesalers, charge point operators, resellers and even car park operators and you’ll even have some appointments booked for you by the telemarketing team!!

Your Background

You will have at least 2 years previous experience as a salesperson of some derivation, for example a business development or sales executive. You will be familiar with sourcing your own leads and growing a pipeline based on potential new (hot and cold) leads. You will work to establish a good reputation for this charge point manufacturer in a busy market. You will have a positive and energetic disposition and demonstrate a passion for the industry.

In Return

You will be in receipt of £30k basic salary and have a projected OTE of £60k with uncapped earning potential. You will receive an electric vehicle as well as a generous pension contributions and private medical insurance.
