Sales Executive - Fitness & Wellness Centre

Location: Kettering

Full-Time: Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Are you a people person with a passion for health and wellness? Do you thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join this firm in a place where community, motivation, and wellbeing come together.

Working with the manager of the centre, you’ll play a key role in welcoming new members, guiding them through our services, and helping them kickstart their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage bookings, trial sessions, and membership sign-ups
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable fitness/wellness packages
• Track and report on sales performance and lead conversion
• Build strong relationships with new and existing members
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (fitness industry a plus!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Comfortable using CRM systems and booking software
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
