Job Description - Sales Executive (German Speaking)

German-Speaking Sales Executive - London

An ambitious and rapidly expanding international education and research organisation is launching its UK operations and is seeking an experienced German-speaking Sales Executive to join its growing London-based team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding the organisation's presence across the UK and German-speaking markets. We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded sales professional with a proven track record of generating revenue, building client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.

The Role

As a German-Speaking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth across key markets. You will engage with both English and German-speaking prospects and represent the organisation at the highest professional standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations in both German and English.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management within CRM systems.
  • Identify market trends and provide commercial insights to support business growth.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings when required.
Applicants Must Have:
  • Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years' proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of sales performance.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
